As an entry-level lead role, the Account Manager position offers a valuable opportunity to learn the ropes of team management. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 employees, conducting team meetings, and gaining experience in managing P&L statements.

Talmadge Johnson is an on-site CEO/Market Manager at Lionsden Enterprise, As CEO, it is Johnson's responsibility to oversee and manage the daily operations at Lionsden Enterprise. Having celebrated his 1st year opening in Hawaii, Talmadge and the team have planned to do great things for the community. With creating many job opportunities within, Talmadge also runs the monthly Charity campaigns alongside Ardeana.
Johnson enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids, he loves outdoor activities including football, and basketball. Lastly, Talmadge is a huge food lover, Sushi being his favorite!
Ardeana Bowins is a HR Manager at Lionsden Enterprise. Ardeana began her career at Lionsden in the Sales Department in 2018 back in Las Vegas. Since then she has worked her way up to HR Manager and has worked with hundreds of marketing associates. This includes collaborating with CEO Talmadge Johnson in training. Ardeana enjoys spending her free time in the sunny outdoors and traveling. One of the benefits of her role as an HR Manager is that she is able to bring her passion for adventure and travel to work as she works with associates nationwide.
Ruth began her career in admin in 2022. She originally came to the organization to interview as a sales representative but due to her qualifications she was able to pivot her career. Ruth is highly motivated and goal oriented. She enjoys spending time with her family and 3 kids, trying new foods, shopping, and traveling. Her favorite cuisine is Hibachi. She will always look for growth and to be better than yesterday. The sky is the limit!
